Terms and Claim Form

Guarantee at a glance
If a qualifying Premium user completes the required programme, keeps full-test practice recent, and scores 26 or below in official LNAT Section A, Paribus will refund the amount actually paid for the qualifying Premium access, subject to these Terms.
We believe that students who genuinely complete the Paribus Premium Section A programme should be well prepared for the LNAT.
That is why qualifying Premium users are covered by our 27+ Score Guarantee. If you satisfy the requirements below but receive an official LNAT Section A score below 27, you can claim your money back.
These Guarantee Terms form part of the Paribus Terms of Service.
The guarantee applies to your official LNAT Section A score.
A score of 27 or above satisfies the guarantee. If you receive an official Section A score of 26 or below, you may claim a refund provided that you have satisfied all of the eligibility requirements below.
Section B is not scored as part of this guarantee.
The guarantee is available to all users with qualifying Paribus Premium access, subject to these terms.
Your account must be registered in the name of the candidate who actually sits the LNAT.
A parent, guardian or another person may pay for Premium on the candidate’s behalf, but the candidate account itself must identify the LNAT candidate.
To qualify, you must complete the Paribus Premium Section A programme before sitting your real LNAT.
A. All required Section A practice tests
Every Section A practice test identified in your Premium account as required for completion of the qualifying programme must show as Completed.
B. All required targeted drills
Every targeted drill or targeted-practice set identified in your Premium account as required for completion of the qualifying programme must show as Completed.
C. Completion must take place before your LNAT
The relevant activities must be recorded as complete before the date and time at which you sit your actual LNAT. Work completed after sitting the LNAT cannot be used retrospectively to qualify for the guarantee.
D. Recency requirement — your final practice must be within 21 days of your LNAT
You must have completed at least one Section A practice test within the 21 calendar days immediately preceding the date on which you sit your LNAT.
In other words, there must not be a gap of more than 21 calendar days between your most recently completed Section A practice test on Paribus and the date on which you sit your LNAT.
A Section A practice test completed exactly 21 calendar days before your LNAT satisfies this requirement.
For the avoidance of doubt, completing targeted drills alone during this 21-day period does not satisfy the recency requirement: at least one Section A practice test must have been completed during that period.
All of the other course-completion requirements of the 27+ Score Guarantee continue to apply.
Section B is not required
You do not need to complete Section B essay practice, model answers, essay submissions or marked essays to qualify for the 27+ Score Guarantee.
There is also no minimum score that you must achieve on individual Paribus practice tests unless Paribus expressly states otherwise before your qualifying Premium purchase.
Your required tests and targeted drills are the requirements shown for your qualifying Premium programme.
Paribus will not retrospectively make you ineligible by adding new mandatory tests or drills after you have already purchased Premium.
If we add new material while you are studying, your guarantee tracker or course page should make clear whether it forms part of your applicable completion requirements.
To claim, you must:
A missed, cancelled, abandoned or otherwise unsat LNAT for which no official Section A score is issued is not eligible for the Score Guarantee.
If you receive an official result after sitting the test, the fact that you used properly approved access arrangements does not of itself affect your eligibility.
You must verify your result by forwarding the official LNAT/Pearson VUE results email through which your result was issued to admin@paribus.uk.
The forwarded email must:
We may accept reasonable evidence of a genuine name variation, such as the use or omission of a middle name, where we are satisfied that both records relate to the same person.
We may ask for reasonable additional evidence where necessary to verify the authenticity of a claim. You should not send unrelated sensitive information that is not needed to verify your claim.
You must submit your claim within 30 days of receiving your official LNAT result.
A claim consists of:
If exceptional circumstances prevented you from meeting the deadline, you may contact us and explain them. We may consider a late claim where it is fair and reasonable to do so.
We will use the completion information recorded by the Paribus platform to verify whether you completed the required Section A tests and targeted drills before your LNAT and whether at least one Section A practice test was completed within the 21 calendar days immediately preceding it.
If you believe a technical problem caused an activity not to be recorded correctly, tell us and provide any available evidence. We will investigate genuine technical discrepancies reasonably and in good faith.
The guarantee is intended for candidates who genuinely complete the programme. A claim may be rejected where there is reasonable evidence that a user:
We will not reject a claim merely because a candidate performed poorly on Paribus practice tests or because their study pattern was unusual, provided the objective completion and recency requirements were genuinely satisfied.
If your claim is approved, we will refund the amount actually paid to obtain the qualifying Premium access, as shown in the relevant transaction or order record.
This means:
The guarantee does not cover separate purchases that are not part of the qualifying Premium price, such as additional services or separately purchased products. You cannot receive more under the guarantee than you actually paid for the relevant Premium access.
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method where reasonably possible. If that is not possible, we may agree another appropriate refund method with the person who made the payment.
We will normally aim to decide a complete claim within 14 days of receiving the required information. Payment-provider or bank processing times may mean that an approved refund takes additional time to appear.
If we reject your claim, we will tell you the principal reason. If you believe the decision is incorrect, you may reply with further relevant evidence or an explanation.
You may also raise a complaint by contacting admin@paribus.uk.
The guarantee may only be claimed once in respect of the same qualifying Premium purchase and LNAT testing cycle. Once the qualifying Premium price has been refunded in full under the guarantee, no further monetary Score Guarantee claim arises from the same purchase.
The 27+ Score Guarantee is an additional contractual promise made by Paribus. It does not restrict or replace any statutory rights you may have relating to faulty digital content, services, cancellation or other consumer matters.
We may change the guarantee for future Premium purchases. The terms applying to your qualifying purchase are the terms applicable when you purchased Premium.
We will not retrospectively introduce additional eligibility requirements that remove a guarantee right already attached to your purchase.
